(Order IHRXLZPRN) Dissapointed about purchases politics of this store. A few weeks ago I've ordered fendi espadrilles by prepayd master card on www.aldogibilaro.com after some days the UPS have been send me a tracking number for parcel, but a few days later the status of parcel was changed for "back to sender"(tracking number 1ZV348Y66892210255 and 1ZV348Y60492210259). AfterTWO mails to Aldo's team they answered problem destination with Russian Customer, they cant deliver parcels for the persons by UPS. That is true, everyone knows what the Several year UPS post not supposed to do it for russian clients. But not aldogibilaro.com which approved my order and so fast took MY money from the card. Well, they said i should change for a company address and after they will send parcel again. But thats not my falt if i dont have any destination like they ask. so i have asked for two times two back money, if they cant change another expedition company like for DHL Or EmS post, cause they accepted order when they knew where to send parcel. So what youthink??? More than a week thay just ignore me. No parcel, no money. Well, that is your decision to buy for guys which not respect clients, and can't answer for him selfs faults.
